Our team grows with us
Our dedicated, hard-working team grows, harvests and packages our tomatoes in a fast-paced and high technology work environment.
We invest in our employees through training, evaluation and upskilling—and they invest in us in return. All new employees receive at least four full weeks of onboarding and training and are regularly evaluated and upskilled in our high-tech operation. We offer productivity-based bonuses and subsidized transportation for all employees, in addition to other benefits.
COMMUNITY INVESTMENT
We support a full scholarship for one student in The Koppert Rapel Research and Training Center (CEIKOR)’s educational program to develop the next generation of production managers, technical specialists, and protected agriculture professionals in Mexico! Scholarships provide support to outstanding students who demonstrate leadership qualities, but for whom the financial requirements of attendance create a barrier to participation. At least 50% of the students who receive scholarship support from CEIKOR are women.
